These terms apply when you subscribe to Autopilot or buy any service from 77Labs. Please read them before you sign up. By starting a trial, paying for a plan or logging in to Autopilot you agree to them.
1. About us
77Labs is a trading name of Tomasz Gorski, a sole trader based in England (“we”, “us”). Email: hello@77labs.ai.
Autopilot is sold to businesses only. By signing up you confirm that you are acting for the purposes of your trade or business and are not a consumer.
2. What Autopilot is
Autopilot is a subscription software service for managing enquiries, quotes, bookings, reviews and customer follow-up. It is built on and hosted by the HighLevel platform, which we license and configure for you. The features included depend on the plan you choose, as described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.
Some features use third-party services, such as phone numbers, SMS, email sending, AI assistants and payment processing. These may carry usage charges and are subject to those providers’ own rules (for example carrier rules on text messaging).
3. Free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial for new customers. You will be asked for a payment card when you start it, and nothing is charged for the plan during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, your subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial and your card is charged the price of the plan and billing period you chose. Usage charges for calls, texts and similar services may apply during the trial.
4. Setup
There is no setup fee for any plan. Your Autopilot account is created when you sign up and you can set it up yourself using our help centre. If you would like us to build the system for you, we offer an optional setup service. We agree the scope and price with you in writing, usually after a call and an audit of how your business handles enquiries, before any work starts. Setup fees are one-off, payable in advance and non-refundable once work has started.
5. Fees and payment
- Subscription fees are charged in advance by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly depending on the billing period you choose, starting at the end of any trial.
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling. 77Labs is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. If that changes, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before VAT is charged.
- Usage charges (for example SMS, calls, email and AI usage above any allowance in your plan) are billed in arrears or deducted from a prepaid wallet as shown in your account.
- If a payment fails we will let you know and try again. If it is still unpaid after 14 days we may suspend your account until it is paid.
- We may change our prices by giving you at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing date after the notice ends.
6. Cancelling
There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from your account or by email to hello@77labs.ai. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged. We do not refund part-periods. After cancellation you will have 30 days to export your data, after which we may delete it.
We may end your subscription by giving you 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
7. Ads Management and other services
If you buy Ads Management, we run adverts on Facebook and Instagram (and any other channels we agree with you in writing), with the direction and budget agreed with you. Our fee covers our work; your advertising budget is paid directly by you to the advertising platform. We cannot guarantee a particular number of leads, jobs or results, as these depend on many things outside our control.
8. Your responsibilities
- Keep your login details secure and make sure everyone you give access to follows these terms.
- Only upload and contact people you are allowed to under the law, including UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). In particular, only send marketing messages to people who have agreed to receive them or where the soft opt-in applies, and honour opt-outs.
- Do not use Autopilot to send spam, unlawful, misleading or offensive content, or in a way that could harm the platform or other users.
- You are responsible for the content of your messages, quotes, prices and adverts, and for the work you carry out for your customers.
- Tell callers where required that calls may be recorded or answered by an AI assistant.
9. Your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service to you. When we handle personal information about your customers on your behalf, we do so as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. How we handle information about you is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and support
We aim to keep Autopilot available at all times, but it depends on HighLevel and other providers and we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Every plan includes our online help centre and support by email during UK business hours. Plans that include priority support or a kick-off call, as described on our pricing page, get those too. We may update or change features to improve the service; we will not remove a core feature of your plan without telling you first.
11. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the software, templates, automations and materials that make up Autopilot. You get a licence to use them for your own business while your subscription is active. You may not resell, copy or share them. You own the content you add.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
13. General
- We may update these terms by giving you at least 30 days’ notice by email. If you do not agree you may cancel before the change takes effect.
- Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
