This policy explains how 77Labs collects and uses personal information when you visit 77labs.ai, get in touch with us, or use Autopilot, our sales and customer management software for cleaning and trade businesses. We keep it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email hello@77labs.ai.
1. Who we are
77Labs is a trading name of Tomasz Gorski, a sole trader based in England. For the purposes of UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) we are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
- Email: hello@77labs.ai
When our customers use Autopilot to store details about their own customers (for example the homeowners who ask them for a quote), the customer is the controller of that information and we act as their processor. That is covered by our Data Processing Agreement, not by this policy. If you are a homeowner who was contacted by a business using Autopilot, please contact that business first.
2. What we collect
When you visit our website
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and how you arrived on the site.
- Cookie and pixel data, where you have agreed to it (see section 7).
When you contact us, book a call, take our quiz or join our list
- Your name, business name, email address, phone number and town.
- Your answers to our quiz and anything you tell us about your business.
- Recordings and transcripts of calls answered by our AI receptionist or by us, where you are told the call may be recorded.
- Messages you send through our website chat, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
When you become an Autopilot customer
- Account details: the names, email addresses and phone numbers of you and any team members you add.
- Billing details: your billing address and subscription history. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: how you log in and use the software, and support conversations with us.
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis
| What we do | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Reply to your enquiry, book and hold your call, send you a proposal | Steps at your request before entering a contract; legitimate interests |
| Set up, run and support your Autopilot account, take payment | Performance of our contract with you |
| Send service messages (login links, billing, changes to the service) | Performance of contract |
| Send our newsletter and marketing emails or texts | Your consent, or for existing customers our legitimate interests under the soft opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time. |
| Measure and improve our website and adverts | Your consent (cookies and pixels) |
| Keep accounting and tax records, handle disputes | Legal obligation; legitimate interests |
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the suppliers who help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- HighLevel Inc. (LeadConnector) – the platform Autopilot is built on: CRM, messaging, calendars, phone, AI assistant and email sending.
- Stripe – subscription billing and card payments.
- Mailgun – email delivery.
- Telephony and SMS carriers used by HighLevel to deliver calls and texts.
- AI model providers used by HighLevel’s AI receptionist and chat features to understand and answer messages.
- Hostinger – website hosting and our business email.
- Meta and Google – advertising and measurement, only where you have accepted the relevant cookies.
- Professional advisers such as our accountant, and authorities where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Some of these suppliers, including HighLevel and Stripe, store or access data in the United States. Where information leaves the UK we rely on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the supplier is certified, or on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t become customers: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Customer account data: for as long as your subscription runs, then 30 days so you can export it, after which it is deleted.
- Invoices and accounting records: 6 years after the end of the tax year, as required by HMRC.
- Call recordings: up to 12 months unless needed for a dispute.
7. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to work, and, only with your agreement, analytics and advertising cookies including the Meta Pixel. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in the banner when you first visit, and change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
8. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@77labs.ai and we will reply within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
9. Keeping it secure
Access to Autopilot is protected by individual logins, and our suppliers encrypt data in transit and at rest. Only the people who need your information to do their job can see it.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if anything changes. If the change is significant and you are a customer, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
