What the app does, who can use it and what it costs (nothing extra).
Is the mobile app included in my plan?
Yes. The app is free on every Autopilot plan. There is nothing extra to pay for it.
Why is the app called LeadConnector?
Autopilot is built on HighLevel, and LeadConnector is HighLevel's official app. You download LeadConnector from the App Store or Google Play and log in with your Autopilot email and password. You then see your own Autopilot account: your inbox, calendar, contacts and pipeline.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, on both. Search "LeadConnector" in the App Store or Google Play, or use the buttons on this page.
Can my team use it too?
Yes. Every user on your plan can log in to the app with their own details and see the conversations and appointments you give them access to. The number of users depends on your plan.
Will I get a notification when a new enquiry comes in?
Yes. New messages, form fills and missed calls send a push notification to your phone. You choose which notifications you get in the app settings.
Can I take payments on my phone?
Yes, once Stripe is connected to your account. You can send an invoice or a payment link by text, and on supported phones you can take a card with Tap to Pay. Standard Stripe fees apply.
