Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once for the build. The only extras are changes you ask for later, at £35 an hour, and hosting if you are not on Autopilot.
Why do the prices say "from"?
Because every business is different. A Starter site with five simple pages costs £299; one with extra features costs a little more. You get a fixed price after the call, before we start, and it does not change.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours to keep, even if you stop working with us.
Where is it hosted?
If you are on Autopilot, the site is hosted inside it at no extra cost. If not, it goes on your own hosting and we help you set that up.
Can you rebuild my existing website?
Yes, most of our work is replacing old sites. We keep what works, like your domain and your Google ranking pages, and rebuild the rest.
Do I need Autopilot?
No. A website on its own works fine. Autopilot is optional and makes sure every enquiry from the site is answered in minutes and followed up until it books.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly we get your photos and details. We agree the timeline with you on the call.
Do I have to write the text?
No. On a short call we learn about your business and write it for you. On Landing and Starter you can send your own text if you prefer.
