Onboarding questions.
Do you move my data for me?
Yes. Bringing in your customer list is part of the setup on every plan. Send us a spreadsheet or an export from your old system and we import it with you.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on how much you want switched on. The basics, your number, calendar, customers and first follow-ups, are what we cover first on your onboarding call.
Are the onboarding calls one to one?
Yes. Just you, or you and your team, and us. No group webinars.
Is onboarding included in the price?
Yes. 1 hour on Take Off, 2 hours on Cruise and 4 hours on Megaboost, at no extra cost.
What does a done-for-you build cost?
It depends on what you need. We look at how you work on a call, then send a proposal with a fixed price before anything starts.
