Emergency calls answered instantly. Boiler quotes that don't go cold.

You're under a sink with the water off. Autopilot texts back the missed call in seconds, finds out if it's a leak or a quote, books the visit, follows up the boiler quote, and reminds every customer when their annual service is due.

From £99/month · Full setup, built with you · No long contract
A day with Autopilot

What happens while you're working.

6:50, before the van starts

A ceiling leak rings while you're on another job. The text-back asks "emergency or quote?", gives the stopcock advice, books the afternoon and pings you. The customer stays calm and stays yours.

12:30, quote day 3

The £2,650 combi quote from Monday is quiet. A short text goes out. They reply "can you do it next week?" and the install is booked.

Every August

Service reminders go to every customer whose boiler is due. The September diary fills with the easiest work of the year, before the first cold snap.

Growth playbook

The Plumbing & heating Growth Playbook

Five plays that grow an plumbing & heating business. All of them already built into Autopilot.

You don't have to build any of this. Every play comes pre-configured in Autopilot, and on the onboarding call we switch it on with you.

01

Sort emergencies from quotes in the first text

A burst pipe and a bathroom quote both ring the same number. The text-back asks which it is. Emergencies get the stopcock advice and a same-day slot; quotes get a survey booking. You see one list, sorted by urgency, instead of a voicemail you'll check at lunch.

  • "Emergency or quote?" in the first message
  • Stopcock and safety advice sent automatically
  • Same-day slots for emergencies, survey slots for quotes
02

Answer at 10pm without picking up

Heating fails in the evening. On the plans that include Archi, the AI assistant answers the call, takes the details, explains your call-out charge and books the first slot in the morning, then texts you a summary. You decide in the morning whether to go, not at 10pm.

  • Archi answers after hours, explains call-out charges
  • First-thing slots offered, summary texted to you
  • Genuine emergencies flagged so you can choose to call back
03

Follow up the boiler quote

A £2,650 combi quote is a decision, not a purchase. Most customers get three quotes and go with the one who follows up. A text on day 3 and day 10, then a prompt for you to call, wins a quiet share of the installs you'd otherwise lose to the plumber who rang back.

  • Day 3 and day 10 texts, then a call prompt
  • Finance or payment-plan line in the follow-up if you offer it
  • "Waiting" stage for the customer who says "after payday"
04

Reviews while the heating's back on

Ask the evening the boiler is working again, with the invoice link in the same message. Gratitude is highest in the hour after the hot water returns. A direct link to the Google form and an AI-drafted reply keep the reviews coming without you thinking about it.

  • Review request the evening of the job
  • Invoice link and review link in one text
  • Unhappy customers routed to your phone first
05

Own the service season

Every boiler you've fitted or serviced is an annual visit waiting to be booked. Autopilot sends the reminder 11 months after the last service with a booking link, and a pre-winter "is your heating ready?" campaign to the whole list in late August. Landlords get their certificate reminders a month before expiry.

  • Annual service reminder with booking link
  • Pre-winter campaign to the whole list in August
  • Landlord gas safety reminders a month before expiry

Run the whole playbook without hiring a marketer.

Everything above is included in one flat-price platform. Switch it on yourself with the help centre, or have us build it for you.

Who it's for

Questions from plumbing & heating

Will it try to diagnose the fault?

No. It asks whether it's an emergency or a quote, gives basic safety advice you approve (turn off the stopcock), and books the visit. Diagnosis is yours.

Can it take calls out of hours?

On the plans with Archi, yes: the AI answers, explains your call-out terms, books the first morning slot and texts you a summary. You can still call back if it sounds urgent.

Does it track annual services and certificates?

Yes. Each customer has a last-service date and, for landlords, a certificate expiry. Reminders go out automatically with a booking link.

We're three engineers. Can we share the diary?

Yes. Users are included, each engineer sees their own jobs in the app, and emergencies can be assigned to whoever is nearest.

Can it take payment on the day?

Yes. The invoice goes by text with a card payment link, and the review request follows once it's paid.
